• AYF Form: Must include the official medical clearance and physical.
• Proof of Age: A copy of the child's birth certificate, NYS photo ID, or passport.
• Academic Proof: A copy of the child's most recent report card.

What does your fees over?

Our mission is to provide a safe, competitive, and highly rewarding environment for our athletes. Youth tackle football requires specialized safety gear, official uniforms, and facility access. Your registration fee directly funds these operations, heavily subsidizing expensive equipment and apparel costs through team-shared assets.

1. Player Gear Lease ($525 – $750 Retail Value)

• Premium Helmet: Certified, impact-tested head protection ($175–$300 value).
• Shoulder Pads: Sized for exact fit and safety ($100–$150 value).
• Uniform Set: Complete game and practice apparel ($125–$150 value).

2. Facilities & Game Operations

• Field Permits: Practice fields and game stadium rentals.
• Referees: Two certified officials per game to ensure safety.($130 – $150 total per game at $65–$75/hour per referee)

3. Insurance & Administration

• Coverage: General liability and player medical insurance.
• Awards: End-of-season ceremony and player recognition.
